Sis, I know you…

You’re the sister who seems to have it together. The wife, the doctor, the student, the involved mother, the business owner, the community volunteer, the advocate.
But despite how things look on the outside – there is something missing…
You knows you’re not reaching your full potential – but you’re unsure of why.
You may secretly have doubt yourself and your abilities, despite what people say.
You don’t feel like you belong anywhere and are looking for love and acceptance- but constantly getting hurt.

Sound familiar?

So many Muslim women are living as shrunken versions of themselves, due to unresolved pain and trauma of the  “Mother Wound”.

What happens when the one who is supposed to love you unconditionally, is instead detached, neglectful, competitive, hurtful, or abusive?

In this groundbreaking healing experience (MUCH more than a workshop), we’ll address this “taboo” subject, and provide “soul – level” support to empower you as a woman – and begin to heal the “girl within”, Bi’ithnillah.

In this Soulful, Healing Experience:

Z

No Spiritual Gaslighting

Put aside any spiritual guilt for questioning your upbringing and maternal relationship. You are here to engage in honest inquiry, and work towards healing – which benefits you AND your family.

Z

A Safe Space

This experience will provide a container in which to objectively explore the impact of childhood trauma, neglect, emotional pain – especially at the hands of your mother.

Z

Expand Your Knowledge

Learn the 10 characteristics of an emotionally present mother and healthy mother/daughter dynamic. Identify the areas that were missing as you grew up (which absolutely impacts how you show up as an adult).

Z

Engage in "Sacred Witnessing"

Courageously work to identify, call out, and begin to heal from YOUR unique version of the “Mother Wound” – and support your sisters as they do the same.

Z

Own Your "Stuff"

Improve in self-awareness of your own mothering style and inherited patterns. This is critical, so that you don’t go from being the “wounded” to the “wounder”.

Z

Reconnect to Your Core Essence

Reconnect to your “inner girl” and resurrect those special attributes and gifts that you’ve buried and devalued, because they were never celebrated.

Z

Break the Chain

Develop connection (not perfection) in your relationship with your own children, and gain tools to break negative generational patterns.

Z

Reclaim Your Worth

Be empowered to show up as your true self and pursue your beneficial goals… to take up space… and to feel worthy of love and support.

Z

Take a Stand for Your Younger (and current) Self

Begin the deep work of healing your inner child and “reparenting” – giving yourself the love, nurturing, and support that you lacked in childhood.

Z

Embrace Your Value as a Soul

Learn and embody the fact that despite what happens to us in this dunya, we all come into this world in a state of love and connection to Allah. Our goal is to get back to that state – and healing our emotional wounds is one means to do that, Bi’ithnillah.

Sis... You Don't Have to Feel Alone on the Journey

When you’re dealing with the impact of the “Mother Wound”, you can feel alone… disconnected.. and unsure of who you are and where you fit in the world.

Isn’t it time to reconnect to yourself… to your emotions… to your potential – and ultimately your LORD?

My dear sister… in 15 years of coaching and supporting women – I’ve seen a common thread.

Sisters who are amazingly talented, beautiful, spiritual, and loving – but who doubt themselves and their worth.

When we dig deeper… inevitably there is childhood trauma, neglect, emotional instability, or abandonment in their history – very often, at the hands of their mother.

And it’s not until they truly understand, work through, and heal from the “Mother Wound” – that they are able to harness the clarity, confidence, and commitment to show up as their full authentic selves, and lean into their purpose as a beautiful servant of Allah.

I’m on a mission to support more sisters in “cutting the cord” and discovering the true beauty within. Are you ready to be free?

The Guidance, The Sisterhood, The LOVE that Makes All the Difference

In this intimate experience (limited to 20), you will find a safe and loving space to explore your deepest experiences, guidance to process your emotions in a healthy manner, and support of your fellow sisters who will hold you as you redefine and embrace who you truly are – for the sake of Allah, and  your own.

“During the training, I had the privilege of learning a lot of concepts which helped me to shift my mindset, reminded me to begin to rededicate myself to my Lord , helped me to reconnect to little girl within (oh how powerful and beautiful that was). I would say this was one of my AHA moments.  This spoke to me so deeply, the experience was mind-blowing.

This has paved way to my life long continuous personal and spiritual development. The course has blessed me in so many ways, knowledge, coach, soul sisters and a haven from which to continuously fill from ma shaa Allah.”

Sister Sherifaat

“I signed up for private on on one coaching with Sister Khadija and upon learning more about my struggles, she suggested that this program would complement our work together. I signed up right away, because I always trust Sister Khadija’s recommendations. My soul can decipher that her intentions come from a place of honoring other Muslimah’s souls, and that she takes the amaanah very seriously, Ma shaa Allah.

Ma shaa Allah, I loved the in depth sessions. I always learn something from these lessons that makes me a better person, and a better Muslimah. I loved the sisters group. It was a beautiful space for like minded souls. Sister Khadija’s live feedback is always on point and digs DEEP. Ma shaa Allah, she adds a lot more value than what the program costs and goes above and beyond as well in guiding you through all of the beautiful lessons.”

Sister Nadia

Healing is a Journey.

I always share with sisters that TRUE healing is a journey, and not always a linear one. But having others with you as you traverse new emotional terrain, is invaluable. Let’s climb the mountain together.

Will you rescue the little girl within? She's Waiting.

A Note From Your Coach & Soul Sister in the Journey...

As salaamu alaikum my dear soul sister…

I’m so honored that you’re here and want you to know that in THIS space, you will be seen, heard, and supported to work through your past experiences – and heal on a SOUL level, Bi’ithnillah.

I think that woman are absolutely amazing, resilient, and resourceful – and that it will take Muslim women who are emotionally healed… spiritually connected… and mentally elevated – to heal our families, uplift the Ummah, and help change the world.

But it starts WITHIN.

If you know that the “Mother Wound” is holding you back from showing up fully as who Allah created to you be, I invite you to join us and “Cut the Cord”. Your future – and that of your children, is so worth it.
